Staff is always helpful & knowledgeable. We’ve been coming to this location for 6 years now. Staff are amazing & products are great quality. They also have sales from time to time & a frequent flyer program that will save you some $$. Shiloh & Biscuit are grateful for your help, love & treats that they get when they visit!

We went in today for our first time with our puppy after his vet appointment. Everyone in the store was amazing. They took the time to show us food and treats and gave the puppy all the love. When we left, they held the door opened for us. The small things mean the most! We'll definitely be back!

Ever since we brought home our puppy, Princess Buttercup, this shop has been a regular stop on our walks. It’s not just that they carry great products (they do). Or that the staff is kind, helpful, and actually seems to enjoy both people and pets (they do). It’s that it feels like—and truly is—a real part of the neighborhood—the kind of place where your kid learns confidence holding a leash and your dog learns the difference between good behavior and… well… let’s just call it “rawhide aisle puppy learning opportunity” behavior. We’ve done leash work and socialization outside the shop, inside the shop, and probably too many “we’re just training today” visits that still ended with a bag of treats or a new toy. My daughter loves this place. She’s made friends with the staff, and Buttercup has basically turned into their unofficial greeter. This is more a thank-you than a review. Thanks for creating a place that’s welcoming, kind, helpful, patient—and full of treats!

I went in here for the first time today. They have a wonderful selection of natural, minimal ingredients food & treats for your dog. Bonnie was a delight to talk to. Customer service was a 11/10. Will be returning! I just think they need more raw food selection, to carry those Peruvian 100% wool knit sweaters, and have more herbal dog products ❤️

I was visiting Franklin and wanted to check out a locally-owned pet supply store. Nashville Pet Products was very impressive! Everything from the treats to the pet collars and toys were high end and of incredible quality. Coming from Hawaii and California, we don't see brands and quality pet products like these... unfortunately we usually have mass-produced low-quality products and dog treats in CA/HI. My luggage was FILLED with good leather dog collars, even European training collars made in GERMANY, and a ton of natural, healthy treats for our puppies. I had to take some time to take pics of collars to text to hubby to make sure I was getting correct ones, and I wasn't rushed or bothered while shopping. Hopefully they create a commerce website for sales so us out-of-staters can make purchases for shipping! And the staff was very helpful in guiding me on which treats to use for the pups at their early age (3-months). They even opened and closed the door as I was approaching/exiting the store! Highly recommend and highly impressed with all of this!
